Rusty, sticky, flaking, or handed down with a mystery history: bring your cast iron and carbon steel, plus all your questions. We’ll look at each piece with you and figure out what it needs.
Often the fix is simpler than you’d expect. Some pans just need to be cooked in more. Others need a full strip and preseason. Either way, you’ll leave knowing what to do next.
